Few Things to Note Before Our Call
Ensure you come prepared with all your questions ready, so that we can spend most of the time answering and tackling your queries.
If you need me to give you a walkthrough of the WordPress dashboard area of your website, please ensure you have your screen ready to be shared with me. If you prefer, I will also be able to share my screen with the WordPress dashboard area of my sample website.
During the call, we will go over quick questions first before addressing any tech queries.
If there are any WordPress related issues we cannot cover before the call ends, I will be happy to carry out futher research and send you the solution even after the call at no extra cost to you.
At no point during the Power Hour should you forward any confidential details like your username, passwords or login credentials.
